£50 Subscriber Discount
1. If you are subscribed to receive marketing emails from the Promoter
during
the Promotional Period, you will receive a Promotion Code which will
give you a
Discount on a Qualifying Order which may only be used during the
Promotional
Period. The Promotion Code must be entered at the point of purchase on
the
official Sofa.com website at
(the Website). The
Promotional Code must be used by the Promotion Code End Date Conditions
and
exclusions apply and are set out in these terms (the Promotion). 2. The
following definitions apply: Discount: £50 (€50 for customers in the
Republic of
Ireland) off your total spend when you place Qualifying Order. Promotion
Code
End Date: The Promotional Code must be used on Qualifying Orders no
later than
23:59 GMT 31 December 2023. Promotional Period: The Promotion Codes will
be
distributed from 23:59 GMT on 16 March 2023 until 23:59 GMT on 31
December 2023.
Qualifying Order: To use the Promotion Code, you must spend a minimum of
£1,000
(€1,000 for customers in the Republic of Ireland) (exclusions to the
minimum
spend are set out in point 5 below). 3. The Discount will only be
applied once
to a Qualifying Order. For example, if an order totals £2,000 spend,
the
customer will only be eligible for one Discount of £50. 4. In order to
use the
Promotion Code you must go onto the Website, select the items you wish
to
purchase as normal and at the point of checkout, enter the Promotion
Code. 5.
The Promotion cannot be used: a. in conjunction with any e-voucher, gift
card,
other discount code; b. on certain products which will be notified to
you before
making your purchase including, without limitation: fabric protection
and any
other products as determined by the Promoter in its discretion;
c. on any delivery charges; d. In showrooms; 6. The Promotion Code may
only be
used once (i.e. on one Qualifying Order). 7. The decision made by the
Promoter
as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are
eligible
for the Promotion is final. 8. No correspondence relating to the
Promotion will
be entered into.
9. By using this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be
bound by
these terms and conditions. 10. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to
the
Promotion is available. 11. Employees, agents of the Promoter and its
Group
companies and trade clients are not eligible to participate in this
Promotion,
nor are their relatives or members of their families or households. 12.
The
Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage. 13.
The
Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Promotion.14. The
Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English
lwand any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England.
