The hot cross bun has long been used as a symbol for the end of
Lent, which is traditionally celebrated on Easter Sunday.
Join SAA’s Anita Pounder as she recreates this delightful delicacy in watercolour.
Anita also uses a glaze of Gum Arabic to represent the glaze on the top of the hot cross bun.
