Coronation Chicken
was
created by Cordon Bleu chefs especially for the late Queen's
coronation in 1953, and these royal flavours have really stood the test
of time. Now our own Michelin-trained chefs have given this noble dish a
PK makeover.
Our Coronation Chicken features succulent grilled chicken flavoured with
a special blend of curry spices, escorted by a mix of spiced potatoes
and sweet potatoes, caramelised masala onions with raisins and
coriander, and crowned with a rich, creamy Coronation sauce bursting
with aromatic spices. As always, our version packs a king-size 42g of
protein, but is less than 525 calories - you'll rule your fitness
goals with this one!
