Matured in a 1st fill STR (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred) Cask, this 57.1% ABV release is highly exclusive and embodies innovative maturation techniques. Certified Organic and naturally coloured, it showcases Nc'Nean's commitment to sustainability and authentic flavours, maintaining minimal intervention.
NOSE
Enticing sweetness of sticky toffee pudding and homemade fudge, mixed with the aroma of fruit crumble, baked apples, and berries with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg.
PALATE
Creamy with flavours of caramelised toffee, fudge, and zesty stewed fruits in a buttery pastry. Mid-palate introduces gentle spices like cinnamon and ginger.
FINISH
Long and warm, transitioning from sweet to a refined spice, with lasting notes of oak and vanilla.

Smooth and elegant, the Nc'Nean original is easy-going and delicious however you drink it - with flavours of citrus, peach, apricot and spice. We find we can taste lemon posset, peach & apricot and spiced rye bread.
Nc'Nean is made from organic Scottish barley whose natural yields and rich soils contribute depth of flavour. The gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate, fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop the spirit’s signature body and sweetness.
