IRISH WHISKEY
For this 2024 edition, master distiller Kevin O’Gorman increased the grain percentage and the amount of medium pot still whiskey as well as raising the number of first-fill American oak whiskey barrels of both pot and grain whiskey. The ex-bourbon casks are lightly charred, creating a whiskey with succulent fruits, peeled ginger and golden syrup.

Tasting Notes
NOSE: Apricot, floral honey, and creamy fudge. Pear drops, Turkish delight and clove.
PALATE: Rich baking spice, toasted oak, and tropical fruit. Vanilla and toffee apples.
FINISH: Rich and Creamy, floral.
