Having hundreds of new shoes every season means that we spend a lot of time taking pictures. After all, it's a lot easier to imagine how that fabulous tan Fisherman sandal might look, when you've seen it gracing somebody's leg. Here, on a recent shoot, Gigi, choosing between the supersoft F-Mode leather twist slides or toe-thongs, in silver, which is this season's hottest metallic so far.

It turns out there's an algorithm that determines pose success when it comes to showing off a pair of shoes, which Alex, our Art Director, and Jo, our Head of Production noticed when editing the latest round of ecommerce shots. Right foot rotated out, left just slightly askew. Hips, nonchalant. And just a smidgen of attitude. (And no, these two styles aren't available yet, but we'll let you know when they drop.)
