Our community support workers help local people to retain and regain their skills and confidence to manage again after a period of illness. You can work flexibly in a job to be proud of and no two days will be the same and with opportunities to carry out training and gain qualifications while you work.

What to expect from the Hiring Events
When you book onto the event, you will have a dedicated meeting with one of our team, the opportunity to meet experienced people and find out what a typical day would be like.
You can ask any questions and those new to adult social care can find out more about the values that we are looking for over experience. You will also be supported to complete applications and CVs on the day.
