Paid for roles at elections
Earn extra income with our paid roles at this year's local election
We have paid positions available at this year's local election, both in polling stations on May 2 and at the counts, which will be taking place between May 2 to 4.
You must be aged 18 or over on May 2 and eligible to work in the UK.
You could earn at least £233 working at a polling station or at least £68 by working at one of the counts. More information on how to apply is available online [

If you're a Dudley voter, here's some useful information about this year's local election:
* *Polling day is May 2*.
* You must be *registered to vote [
] *by midnight on April 16 if you want to vote. If you've already registered, there's no need to do it again.
* *You must have photo ID* if you want to vote at a polling station. There's a full list of approved forms of acceptable ID on our website. [

* If you don't have an acceptable form of ID you can *apply for a free voter authority certificate (VAC)*. This can be done online [
] and must be done before 5pm on April 24.
