Make Do and Mend Monthly
*16 August, 10:30am -12:30pm*
Join us at the Danum to connect with local people over a cuppa, share thrifty tips or ideas, and have a go at mending or upcycling crafts.
These sessions meet monthly on the third Friday of the Month in the Museum space. Free, no booking required.
This free activity is part of our creative health programme ‘History Health Happiness’, which aims to reduce social isolation and support peoples general wellbeing. This activity can be offered free of charge as it is funded by Arts Council England.

Explore our sensory resources with your under 5’s. Engage young minds with tactile experiences, soft textures and interactive items for delightful learning and play. Free drop-in sessions, no booking required.

Our regular term time activities pause over the summer and make way for our free drop in craft sessions for children which will be on Mondays and Fridays between 11 and 3pm from 22nd July (excluding Bank Holidays.) Find out more on our website. [
