Why not try
Allium 'Miami'
If you love 'purple sensation' then Miami is a great one to go for. Flowering slightly later, offering a slightly darker purple and a more robust stem, Miami keeps the allium display going after purple sensation has finished. The dried seed heads hold their structure for prolonged architectural interest in the border.

Allium siculum
This is an exquisite and unusual allium that produces an umbrella of subtly coloured bell-shaped flowers, which hang from the tips of stiff, upright stems in May and June. Popular with garden designers, it has been used in recent award-winning gardens at RHS Chelsea. It's sure to be a talking point in your garden come May.
