Building Maintenance Surveyor (Part Time, Job Share)
£32,577 - £39,053 pro rata per annum
We have a job share opportunity in the role of Building Maintenance Surveyor within our Crawley Homes team; working a half day on Wednesdays and full days on Thursday and Friday. You will have proven knowledge of building construction repairs and replacements of key building elements including external decorations, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms etc. The position will require visits to tenant’s homes and to work remotely from home or from the Town Hall as and when required.
