An opportunity have arisen to join our team of cleaners, on a job share, part time permanent basis.
Our hard-working team of cleaners provide a cleaning and clearance service across our range of housing stock within the Borough of Crawley. You will be required primarily to help clean communal areas of blocks of flats, but we also provide cleaning to sheltered housing schemes, hostels, bin stores and void properties.

Clerk of Works
£36,626 - £42,788 per annum
We are looking for a Clerk of Works to assist our Decarbonisation Manager with the delivery of our retrofit programme for our social housing. You would also assist our Contracts Manager with issues arising with our new build developments post occupation. It is therefore an exciting time to join us to ensure you are part of this important agenda.

We are a leading regional social housing provider and have made significant progress retrofitting our homes to reduce carbon emissions and are progressing to our net-zero and new build targets.
The Resident Liaison Officer will communicate with residents at all stages of property retrofitting and ensure they clearly understand what is to be expected.
