£25,968 - £26,716 per annum pro rata

The neighbourhood services team are responsible for keeping Crawley’s residential and communal areas safe, clean and well maintained. Our work involves litter picking, bin emptying, weeding and pruning shrub beds, hedge cutting, removing fly tips, strimming and grass cutting. Assisting the Town Centre team with a range of grounds maintenance tasks across the borough. This role is Thursday 7am to 3pm and Friday 7am to 2:30pm.

Customer Service Adviser

£26,339 - £32,372 per annum

As first point of contact for customers regarding a wide variety of council services, our Customer Service Advisers are vital to the efficient delivery of our Contact Centre service. Customer Service Advisers aim to resolve all customer enquiries at the first point of contact where possible, whether by phone, e-mail or in person. You will be part of an existing team of positive, organised staff who are committed to achieving and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
