We know there are many different reasons for this, so this Mental Health Awareness Week we want to help people to find moments for movement in their daily lives.  Going for a walk in your neighbourhood, putting on your favourite music and dancing around the kitchen, chair exercises when you’re watching television – it all counts!

Healthy Cornwall’s current programmes include a whole host of ways for you to move more. And the website also has a wealth of advice and support to help you add more physical activity to your daily life.
