♻️ Cargo bikes and decarbonisation grant support
Are you a business in Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole making local deliveries by van or car? You could access funding to cover up to 50% of the cost of a cargo bike to make these deliveries low carbon.

Using cargo bikes to make your local deliveries can save your business time, money and carbon emissions. Studies have shown that switching to a cargo bike can increase the number of deliveries that can be made compared with using a van, as bikes are able to pass through stationary traffic, take shorter routes and park closer to their destination.

Support for business decarbonisation includes a year’s free access to an online carbon reduction tool, Climate Essentials, and the opportunity to apply for a match-funded grant of up to £5,000 to use towards reducing carbon emissions.
