Essex Working Well wellbeing support
Essex Wellbeing Service [
] through Essex Working Well [
] offer free workplace health and wellbeing support to businesses.
They offer a free Apprenticeship Growth programme for apprentices, KickStarters, or graduates.
The programme offers a range of lifestyle skills that complement academic and industry specific training:
* Mental Health First Aid England Mental Health Awareness (4 hours)
* Personal Presentation online training
* Barriers and Self Care online training
* Assertiveness online training
* eLearning Modules: Inclusivity, Neurodiversity, Social media Detox, Wake up to Sleep, Demystifying CBT plus more
Additionally, Working Well and the Essex Wellbeing Service can organise onsite NHS Health checks for your staff.

If staff are not eligible for an NHS Health Check they can access a 20 minute Lifestyle Check.
