External Communications Survey
Charnwood Borough Council’s communications team (the team which sends you these email alerts) would like some feedback on how the Council has been communicating with residents in recent years.
It’s unlikely that we get it right all the time (no one’s perfect, right?) but with your views and a little bit of feedback, we can consider how we can improve going forward.
The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and if you’re able to spare some time to have a say than we would really appreciate it.
