Introducing: Everything OK?

image

As young people navigate their school and early adulthood years, feelings can be confusing. They can have questions, lots of questions – about their thoughts and feelings. Everything OK? is here to help.

A comprehensive website for young people, helping to connect them to the right support when they are wondering if everything is really ok, or not.  From coping with life to staying safe online, Everything OK? offers resources and connections to local and national support, including:

  • mental health and feelings: local mental health support and organisations that can help to build self-esteem, and resilience and help young people manage their feelings
  • coping with life: linking to support and guidance around losing a loved one, exam stress, bullying, changing schools, families, neurodiversity and their future
  • my body: exploring organisations that can help with eating disorders, healthy weight and fitness, sexual health and smoking and vaping
  • staying safe: an area where young people can learn more about the support available on drugs and alcohol, gangs and crime, gaming, healthy relationships and online safety
  • LGBTQ+ support: access local and national LGBTQ+ support including links to local groups, mental health support and national information services.
