Support for you and your child on and beyond exam results day

As exam results day approaches, we understand how stressful this period can be for the young people in your life. Everything OK is a new website designed to help under 18s find the support they need to get through these challenging times.

They will find both local and national support offering the following:

  • Stress management: Tips to handle exam-related stress and anxiety.
  • Emotional support: Support services, articles and videos to help understand and process feelings.
  • Peer stories: Real-life experiences from young people who’ve faced - and gone through - similar challenges.
