Drop in during the holidays for a fish themed hunt around the library.

Crafts available from 9am to 4pm (or whilestocks last)

Tuesday 2 April: Have fun with dotty art

Wednesday 3 April: Fluffy Sheep Craft

Thursday 4 April: It's all about insects, we have bug suncatchers and bug masks to make

Friday 5 April: We are building bears and making rainbows

Tuesday 9 April: Viking Ships and Shields. Put together and paint one of our wooden pirate ships

Wednesday 10 April: We are making animal masks

Thursday 11 April: Join us for a fun hedghog craft

Friday 12 April: Have fun making narwhales and sparkly fish

Chameleon Sand Art

Thursday 11 April 10am to 12.30pm

Chameleon Sand Art will be at the library. Drop in and get creative with sand. Recommended for all ages. Children under 5 will require parental assistance. Please note there is a charge for items to decorate.

Join us for a glass of wine as we chat to Bedfordshire author Julia Jarman about writing her first book for adults, her inspiration for The Widows Wine Club and what's next for the widows?

Tickets £5 (including refreshments) are available from Shefford Library or online via eventbrite (booking fee applies). Julia's book will be available to purchase on the night.

Story Search will unearth and share compelling stories from the heart of local communities, delving into the lives of different people and shining a light on our libraries, local cultural assets and local arts and cultural organisations in Central Bedfordshire. The first episode of Story Search, explores the legendary California Ballroom in Dunstable.
