What support is available?


You can receive one-to-one support with:

  • Writing a tailored CV, job application and/or cover letter

  • Searching and applying for jobs

  • Looking for voluntary opportunities

  • Searching for a course or qualification that’s right for you 

Who is this support for?


If you're aged 16 and over, unemployed and you are:

  • Looking to secure your first job or finding an apprenticeship

  • Looking to return to work

  • Interested in a new career path

  • Or looking for learning that will support you into employment

Eligibility criteria


You must be aged 16 or over, unemployed living in Central Bedfordshire and not be claiming job seeking benefits to access this service.

Don't meet these criteria? Don't worry!

Bedfordshire Employment and Skills Academy has other career support available. If you're aged 18 and over and live or work in Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough, you can receive one to one or group support to help you get into work, learning or exploring a change of career (subject to meeting  all funding criteria).
