Welcome to the August Communities Bulletin.
This month's bulletin will cover:
Police and Crime Plan Consultation Survey
The Police and Crime Commissioner, on behalf of the public, is set to create a Police and Crime Plan for 2024-2029. As part of the process they want to hear from the public. You can have your say by clicking the survey link at the bottom of the article.
The plan will set out the strategic priorities for Nottinghamshire Police and outline their aims to commission services to help prevent crime and support victims of crime. It will also set some ambitious targets aimed at making Nottinghamshire a safer place for all. The plan will aim to serve diverse communities across Nottinghamshire. Everyone will have the chance to give their views and help shape it. The Police and Crime Commissioner is reaching out to diverse communities in a number of ways, including door-to-door and online surveys, social media and gathering people’s views during engagement events across the county.
