Nottinghamshire Fraud Partnership Charter
Anyone can experience fraud. It is a continually evolving threat that can have a devastating and long-lasting impact on its victims. Not only does it result in financial loss, it also causes mental and physical trauma. Fraud is the most experienced crime type reported by residents as part of the annual Police and Crime Survey. An average of 543 offences are reported to Action Fraud each month for Nottinghamshire.
Gambling premise checks
Gambling premises were checked by our Licensing Enforcement Officer under the gambling act 2005. The premises that were checked included betting shops, high street family entertainment and pubs. As part of the checks posters on help and access to support around gambling addiction, and also a reminder of the legal age are provided.
