Disrepair Administrator
*Salary: *£23,426 - £24,600**
You will provide support to the Disrepair Inspector in dealing with disrepair cases and will need to liaise with a variety of in house and external parties including our legal team and external subcontractors. You will be supported by the wider Housing Repairs team to deliver the service and have a dedicated Disrepair Inspector to assist you in the role.

*Salary: *£30,851 - £32,437 plus *tool allowance of £1.74 per working day and opportunity to earn more*
Here at Broxtowe we are looking for 3 qualified electricians as we embark on an ambitious project where our in-house service delivery is being increased.
You will be required to carry out general electrical repairs, fault finding, testing and inspections within occupied and void properties across the Borough, so it will be important that you are able to demonstrate such knowledge and skills and are aware of the need to complete works in a timely manner.
