Repairs Customer Services Officer

We are looking for a Repairs Customer Services Officer to join our new Housing Repairs Customer Services Team who will be dealing with reports of repairs from the Council’s 4,300 properties. This will primarily include answering telephone calls and dealing with emails and repairs reported online.

Cleaning Team Leader
*Salary: *£26,669 - £28,013**
We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Team Leader to lead and manage our established cleaning team within the Housing Department.
The Cleaning Team Leader will have relevant experience in best cleaning practices and techniques. The ideal candidate will have management experience supporting the achievement of high standards of work and ensuring performance across the team.

Apprentice Environmental Health Officer
*Salary: *£24,775 - £26,152**
This is an opportunity to study for a degree while earning a salary and gaining practical skills by working as a member of the Environmental Health Team.
You will study with an accredited apprenticeship provider of the BSc (Hons)Environmental Health, ideally commencing September 2024 and on days when not attending taught classes, will work in the team supporting all the environmental health functions.
