🤝 Can you open your workplace to a local young person?
Offering young people the chance to experience the world of work can have a massive impact on their future career choices and employment outcome. For some, it’s their first taste of what work could be like, for others it’s the chance to follow a passion.

Dorset Careers Hub and Dorset Chamber have joined forces to support local organisations to offer work experience to young people across Dorset, to create a resource for schools. The Dorset WorkEx Directory aims to support relationships between employers and schools, by signposting them to available opportunities.

So, whether you can offer a two-hour virtual intro to your job role, a day’s experience on the floor or a two-week block in the office, your support can make a huge difference. Our team offers a whole range of resources to make the experience valuable, enjoyable and safe for all involved.
