March 2024 ** Welcome from the Leader of the Council ------------------------------------------------------------ Welcome to the March edition of Broxbourne Council's E-newsletter. The Borough of Broxbourne Awards 2024 winners were announced on Thursday 29 February. The event focuses on recognising the great people of the Borough, who work tirelessly to provide support for others and make such an impact on people's lives. I would like to congratulate all the winners for your ever continued support. The annual Generation Broxbourne event took place on 6 March 2024. The event allows students of secondary schools and colleges to speak to businesses and learn what opportunities are available to them in the future. It was fantastic to see so many students taking advantage of the event. As always, you can follow everything the Council does on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram and LinkedIn, or visit Leader of the Council – Councillor Lewis Cocking ** Borough of Broxbourne Awards 2024 ------------------------------------------------------------ The fourth annual Borough of Broxbourne Awards took place on Thursday 29 February at the Spotlight in Hoddesdon. Lynn O’Bryan, who has been an active Girlguiding volunteer for 50 years, holding a variety of roles during that time.
