We have launched a brand new website. The site was due for a refresh and we have tried to make it more dynamic and visually appealing for you to use, whilst still keeping some of the well used features such as the class timetable.

Les Mills launch weekend
Body combat
Next Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 April we will be launching the brand new Les Mills releases in classes such as Sprint, Body Step and Shapes.
And with Les Mills UK Ambassador, Anthony Oxford also delivering
and taking part in some of the classes, it is sure to be a great weekend.
You can book your place on these classes seven days in advance, but hurry as they will be snapped up fast.

Users of the gym are reminded that the group exercise studios are only to be used for instructor led classes, virtual classes and our personal training sessions and not to be used by individuals undertaking their own training.
