Woolly Mammoth spotted in Creswell
Mammoth
Reports have been coming in of a sighting of a Woolly Mammoth on the high street in Creswell.
The reports suggest the animal weighs about one and half tonnes and is 2.1 metres high and was last seen in and around the train station of the village.
Our intrepid reporter Charlotte Ellis went to Creswell to see if she could spot the animal.

Wednesday Wanderers Football Club
Bag of Footballs
The Wednesday Wanderers are a grassroots club based in Glapwell with four teams playing under their banner.
The team was set up in 2023 to bring football to everyone and the focus is on allowing children to access the sport and giving everyone a chance to play.
They have attracted two new sponsors for their teams and have scores of boys and girls enjoying playing in both training and competitive games. We sent our reporter Charlotte Ellis to find out more.
