Meet The Buyer Construction Event
*Sempra Homes*, the subsidiary company of Basildon Council, is working with *Hill Partnerships* to deliver the construction of 166 new homes across three Basildon sites - Broadmayne, Tyefields and Chapelgate (the former Car Park 14) with works due to commence on site during the summer of 2024.
The teams are hosting a Meet the Construction Buyer event, providing a platform to network with like-minded companies. At the event, breakfast and refreshments will be available, offering a conducive environment for discussions and collaborations.
The event will take place at The Most Holy Trinity Church, Wickhay, Basildon, SS15 5AD on 26 July 2024 from 8.30am to 11.30am.

Creative Estuary is seeking applications for creative projects as part of the Co-commission Programme Fund. This initiative aims to put creativity at the heart of local towns across the Thames Estuary area. Successful applicants will deliver creative, locally led projects to activate town centres.

The UK's telephone network is changing. By 2027, traditional phone lines will be replaced by a digital landline service. This means that calls will be made over a broadband line.
