JOB OF THE WEEK!
*Senior Lawyer - Legal*
This is a new and exciting role reporting to the Chief Legal and Monitoring Officer and working closely with the Deputy Chief Legal (Governance) and Deputy Monitoring Officer. Based in and employed by Westmorland and Furness Council.
This will not be business as usual… the role holder will deputise as part of the Corporate Management Team and Senior Leadership Team. As a senior leader in this organisation, the post holder will need to thrive in an environment of constant change and some ambiguity.
The successful candidate will be comfortable taking responsibility for turning ‘strategy’ into successful delivery. Displaying corporate standards of behaviour to ensure the effective management of Legal Services. You will support and continuously improve the service, focusing on providing high quality services and legal advice to our customers.
