*Team Manager Early Help*
This role is key to support and strengthen Family Support and Early Help across the partnership. As a team manager within the Early Help Service you will provide leadership and management to a team offering support and advice to schools and partners. You will take a key role in supporting schools in delivering early help, undertake oversight of assessments and offer supervision to Designated Safeguarding Leads in schools, colleges.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm who has the right knowledge and experience, who can support and empower our teams, to maintain a culture which places children, young people and their families at the heart of Early Help Service delivery.
