*ICT Service Manager - Service Support*
We have a great opportunity for someone to become a Service Manager. In this role you would be responsible for the running of the ICT support teams to ensure the ICT Service is able to work effectively to support the Council’s day-to-day business functions.
As part of the Service Management Team in the ICT service, the role will help to share and develop the service’s procurement pipeline, service improvement plan, logistical support, service governance and programme of work.
We are looking for candidates with knowledge of ICT service transformation across the public sector and a relevant degree or equivalent demonstrable experience in a related discipline.
