Petteril Community Network event - all welcome
The Petteril Community Panel is hosting an event to share updates on local projects, and the work of the panel.
The event is for anyone who lives or works in the Petteril panel area, whether you are an individual, or represent a businesses or third sector organisation.
It is on 7 August, from 6pm until 8pm, at Carlisle Rugby Club on Warwick Road.
At the event:
* There will be a light supper and a chance to chat to local councillors
* Cumberland Council Transport Manager Graeme Innes will update on, and receive feedback around, bus services.
* Cumberland Council Capital Portfolio Manager, Victoria Kelsall, will share news on the London Road cycle route, and hear attendees’ views.
* Eden Rivers Trust will show how they have used Community Panel funding to create fabulous opportunities in our area.
* Residents will be able to meet the Community Panel’s new co-opted members, and newly-elected Harraby North ward councillor, Justin McDermott.
