* *Free parking* is available at the venue

Sessions and timetable
* 9:30am to 10:00am: *Forever Fit - Low Impact aerobics class*
* 10am to 11am: *Heart and Sole Walking Group*
* 10am to 12:00pm: *Bat and Chat - table tennis*
* 10.30am to 11.30am: *NEW Gym Tours*
* 11.00am-11:45am: *Short Mat Bowls*
* 12:00- 12:30pm *Zumba Gold*
* 2pm to 3pm: *Young at Heart - chair based exercise class*
