Easter bin collections
A reminder that there will be no changes to bin collections over the Easter break. The crews will be out collecting as usual on Good Friday (29 March) and Easter Monday (1 April) so please put your bins out as normal. If you need to check when your collection day is, visit our website.

Make sure you are registered to vote
The local elections will take place on Thursday 2 May. This year there will be borough council, police and crime commissioner and, in some areas, parish council elections. To vote in these elections you will need to ensure that you have registered to vote by Thursday 16 April. Visit our website to find out how to register.

Basingstoke Festival to return this summer
Basingstoke Festival will return this summer giving residents and visitors the opportunity to explore art in unusual places. The festival will run across three weekends between Friday 21 June and Sunday 7 July bringing circus, dance, music and street theatre from a mix of national and local acts exploring themes such as history, time, the environment and science.
